We specialize in rental housing in apartments, townhouses, single family homes, and in our northern Michigan properties, mobile home rentals and mobile home lot rentals. Our northern Michigan Manufactured housing communities will accommodate single wide and double wide "owner owned" mobile homes and as stated above, we also own and operate rental mobile homes in our communities. (in the mobile home parks) .

Beka Management is interested in purchasing apartment complexes of any size located in the tri county area. We are actively seeking out new acquisitions to add to our portfolio.
